These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Folliq mobile application ("the App"), owned and operated by Becca Foust ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Folliq, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Folliq is an AI-powered hair and scalp analysis application that provides observational, educational guidance based on photos submitted by users. In addition to hair and scalp analysis, Folliq offers face shape analysis, which examines facial structure to suggest compatible hairstyles, and hair color matching, which analyzes hair color and tone to suggest flattering color directions. Folliq also provides professional client management tools for licensed cosmetologists, trichologists, and other hair professionals.

Folliq provides observational guidance only. The App is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological care.
All analysis results use observational language such as "may suggest," "signs consistent with," and "this could indicate." These results are educational in nature and are not diagnoses of any medical condition. Face shape analysis and hair color matching are provided for styling guidance only and do not constitute professional beauty advice.
You should not use Folliq to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a licensed medical professional for any health concerns, including concerns about your scalp or hair.
If you experience persistent scalp irritation, significant hair loss, pain, bleeding, or any other concerning symptoms, seek professional medical attention immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at folliqcare@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

The Folliq name, logo, brand identity, app design, and all original content within the App are owned by Becca Foust and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use the Folliq name, logo, or brand assets without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of photos and content you submit to the App. By submitting photos for analysis, you grant us a limited license to process those photos solely for the purpose of generating analysis results.
The free tier of Folliq includes 5 lifetime scans and 1 Dig Deeper question per scan. No payment information is required for free tier use.
Folliq+ provides unlimited personal scans, 5 Dig Deeper questions per scan, scan summaries, and the AI ingredient scanner. This is a monthly subscription that automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Folliq Pro includes everything in Folliq+ plus unlimited Dig Deeper questions, Face Shape Analysis, Color Matching, and access to future Pro tools. This is a monthly subscription that automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Folliq Studio includes everything in Folliq Pro plus professional client management tools including client profiles, color formula storage, before and after photo galleries, AI-powered changes since last visit, recommendations for today, and future Studio features. This is a monthly subscription that automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to applicable App Store refund policies.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BECCA FOUST AND FOLLIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Becca Foust, Folliq, and their representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Folliq at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify users through the App. Your continued use of Folliq after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
